God sees you you are very precious to him be encouraged and meditate on that as we wind down you are a

child of God and like any parent God views you as one of the most precious things he has he loves you so much

Isaiah 4916 says behold I have engraved you on the palms of my hands your walls are continually before me you are engraved on God's hands

let that thought permeate your body as you settle down to sleep relax and close your eyes

take a deep breath.

Feel different parts of your body switching off.

Relax your toes and feet.

Focus on your legs.

Let tension dissolve away.

Feel your lower back and abdominal muscles just switching off.

Now your chest and upper back.

Feel all the tension melt away let your shoulders arms hands and fingers relax and shut down.

Finally your face, eyes and mouth, relax them and find yourself starting to drift off. Father, thank you for being our heavenly father.

Lord, let this child of yours feel your presence right now.
