We are picking up with day three of our praying God's promises devotion on the Bible app there's a link

that in the description of the podcast you guys want to follow along with us and as

always I'm going to read the scripture then Tori's gonna pick up with the devo

let's do it the scripture is Numbers chapter 6

verse 24 through 26 and it's one of my favorites.

May the Lord bless you and protect you.

May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.

The devotional is titled More more blessings than we can count.

And it says this, God wants to bless us

to help us rise above our circumstances,

to help us find provision in every lack, to empower us to defeat the evil one, and

to enable us with his power to achieve the purposes he's set for our lives.

Psalm 40, verse 5, recounts the blessings of God.

You have done many miraculous things, Lord, my God. You have made many wonderful plans for us. No one compares to you.

I will tell others about your miracles, which are more than I can count.

God is a God of blessings.

In fact, one of his names is El Shaddai,

which means the Lord God Almighty, or the Lord of Blessings.

According to Genesis 17, God introduced himself to 99-year-old Abram with this very name. He said to him, I am El Shadai.
