When I came into Jesus, I came into the seed of Abraham.

So that I now become a child of Abraham.

And all those who have the faith of Abraham are children of Abraham.

And therefore I'm an heir of all the covenants made with Abraham and the people of Abraham.

And therefore when I read Jeremiah 32, 39 to 41, I will never turn away from doing them good.

And I will rejoice over them to do them good and I will do that with all my heart and all my soul.

It's one thing to say God is good.

It's another thing to realize he's never not doing good to you and rejoicing in it with all his heart.

Hebrews 11, Verse 6.

Without faith, it is impossible to please God for whoever would draw near to God must believe that

he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

And really, running through these next three chapters,

7, 8, and 9 is the simple truth that if you want to please God,

the way to do it is to trust him.

We'll see that tonight very clearly,

that without faith, it is impossible to please God.
