You could hear a pin drop. Don't think a thought. Or better yet, don't follow a thought, don't think about any thoughts that come into your

awareness unwarranted, unprompted, uncaused. Just stay here with me.

Locked in on the silence. Eyes locked.

It's easiest for me to hear this silence with eyes wide open.

Staring but not at anything.

Not blinking. not breathing.

and then breathing,

and then breathing, blinking, thinking, the silence is still pronounced.

My silence is louder than every noise.

God's silence is bigger than every problem.

Whatever you're facing, drop it in the silence.

You drop it into the silence every time you return back to the silence from thinking about it, from worrying about it, from trying to figure it out every time you begin to chant again, every time you begin to listen for the sound and the silence again, every time

you smile consciously again, you smile at that thought, at that worry. You've dropped it again you've let it go you're being held and this

eternal good day the positivity platform says my main goal in life is genuinely to just have a good day.

My five-year plan. To have a good day. Plans for this week. Have a good day. Why I'm doing what I'm doing. Because I want to have a good day. It's all about having a good day. Nothing is as precious as the present moment in either the past nor the future.

Therefore I will make sure to spend it having a good day.

I will spend it listening to good music, even if just in the background or with one air-pot in.

I will spend it smiling I will spend it praising
