Elizabeth and I are your host. Let's get into this week's podcast. So welcome today. We are going to talk about something that is really fun and really

helpful I think as parents and that's goals and even specifically goals versus values is something

we're going to try to touch on today.

But I am here with my lovely wife Elizabeth and Phil and Diane.

As we say in our intro we're a family and we're figuring this out together and so we're just going to sit and have a conversation

about some goals and values.

So Phil and Diane, because you guys have been at this

a lot longer and you've had some time to think

through goals and values and what the purpose is behind

not only raising passionate Jesus followers, but really what your goal is in that.

Take us through kind of your process and how you actually have come up with goals and what some of the goals should be as young parents as we look into this time of our life and try to figure out this whole thing called parenting.
