During the month of February, Kellie will chat with survivors and doctors in an effort to increase women’s heart health awareness and serve as a catalyst for change to improve the lives of women globally. Kellie’s guests this week are:

Tara Yell – a heart survivor that shares her story. Dr Anezi Uzendu is in Cardiology and shares his story. Karen Springs shares the importance of Hands-Only CPR.

0:06.7	incident last summer which happened live on the air during the Kidcratic Morning Show.
0:11.5	Fortunately, I didn't have a cardiac arrest or a heart attack or
0:15.3	anything of that nature but I do have a cardiologist in my life now and I've actually
0:21.0	got an appointment next month I'm keeping up with my appointments.
0:23.4	Everybody needs to keep on top of your own heart health. But as part of American Heart Month,
0:29.9	we wanted to really emphasize the importance of taking care of your heart and what to do in an
0:36.4	emergency situation when you see someone in distress, either suffering from a heart attack or cardiac arrest because believe it or not those
0:44.4	are two separate things I think there's a lot of confusion surrounding that so
0:47.8	joining me today to clear up some of the confusion and to share some really fascinating stories of survival.

1:24.8	I teach first grade.
1:25.9	First grade, oh, that's just a sweet age.
