big enough? Well, first, congratulate yourself on making one of the most important decisions of your

life. Whether you got licensed yesterday, last year, or last century, you were smart enough to

invest in yourself and in your future when you got into real estate. Why? Well, quick,

you know, two or three points on this that maybe you haven't considered. Why is the real

estate your best decision ever? Well, let me ask a question, Julie. Before we get into your first point,

how would someone know whether or not they're thinking big enough? Well, I think they could

look around and say, are they happy with their surroundings currently?

Are it, can they easily see the next goal?

Because if you can easily see it and easily do it and say, yeah, that's not a problem.

Maybe you're thinking too small.

How do you know if your next goal is exactly, is you just continuing with the thinking too small. So I'm going to give, I'm going to tell

them a story, okay, about our own exposure. Okay. So you and I grew up very nice lives in central

Ohio, right? You were raised by school teachers. I was raised by a struggling entrepreneur,

but somehow we ended up walking the same path with each other for the last three decades.

So one of the things that I wasn't exposed to until I got much older, well, I'll even tell

this little story. So I went to this elementary school where there was other poor kids.
