Kyle Brandt, John Robinson, Isaiah Standback. I'm Jamie Erdall. Kyle, final day with your new best buddy. John Robinson's sitting there, former NFL executive. How's a friendship ruin between you two? I'm Jamie Erdahl. Kyle, final day with your new best buddy, John Robinson sitting there, former NFL executive. How's the friendship ruin between you two? You know what? We need like some mozzarella sticks or something here, some wings. We just hang out and we just chat. Like, you feel in it? Yeah, it's been great. I mean, we're having a blast over here. Probably a little early for wings. I like a good wing.

The sun hasn't even come up here in Los Angeles. It's GMFB, everybody, and Kyle Brandt was just talking about fried appetizers. I must go around the table real quick. You're sitting at your favorite chain restaurant that has a fried appetizer menu and a lot of options. What is your go-to selection? Mine would be the mozzarella stick. Isaiah? I got to go with the wings. You got to go with the wings. All right. Yeah, this is a must. Go ahead, Jared. Wings, yeah, I'm a wings guy too, Isaiah.

Wings.

1:29.3

Yeah, I'm a wings guy too, Isaiah. I'm right there with you. I'll go with the loaded potato skins. The cheese and the bacon and the chives and you just burn the bejesus out of your mouth, but it's a lot of food and I like that. And the dipage and the sour cream. And if the sour cream is seasoned, it's even better. Here we go. Talking about being a seasoned player in the NFL, then you know a thing or two about your rookie quarterback. We're going to start with the Tennessee Titans. We're doing three and out here to start the show on GMFB. Calvin Ridley, a wide receiver for the Titans, is liking what he is seeing from the first overall pick taken in the NFL draft. Kim warned his quarterback. He came to my house before my brother met him. The first thing he said after he left was like, man, you know, he just ain't just calm. He relaxed. So, I mean, you need that at the quarterback position, man. You can't be just, can't just be an overthrinkery guy. You just got to kind of, you know, be okay with, you know, doing good and, you know, just got to have that mentality. He kind of got that. Got to have that kind of mentality. He's calm. He's present. He's the number one overall pick. And after wearing three different college jerseys, he's wearing that number one for the Tennessee Titans.

2:36.0

John, I'll go to you first. What are expectations do you think for Cam Ward entering this season in Tennessee?

2:42.2

Yeah, right now, he's just trying to familiarize himself with an offense, right? There's new terminology, there's new language, there's new teammates.

2:49.7

You know, they've retooled the offensive line with, you know, with Dan Moore at left tackle, signing him in free agency, Zaitler in free agency. They're moving Latham over to right tackle. So he, and he's trying to get, you know, on pace with those guys, on the same page with those guys, get the chemistry between the receivers, you know, the timing of the rounds, all of that stuff,

3:08.0

learning the terminology, the checks, all of that stuff. But I think, you know, expectations are

3:13.4

you want to take, first and foremost, you're going to take care of the football, right? You want

3:17.3

to try to put the offense in an advantageous position by taking care of the football. If it's not

3:21.9

there, take what the defense gives you, keep the offense moving, and try to put him in a position to score points. Yeah, I agree. I mean, you talk about an offense that was at the bottom of the league. These guys were at the bottom of the league and total offensive production, bottom of league in passing yards, bottom of the league and touchdown. So, you know, I think about, I get a visual.

3:41.0

I'm a visual guy.
