Cabinda, Cabinda, Cabinda, and it was the cups of coffee, and it was Cabinda. I know you were a leader there for the Lions, had history with the Raiders, but we're so happy to have you on good morning football this morning, Jason.

Ian Rappaport, you are our unofficial fifth host this week because you've been everywhere on the network. Well done, my friend. Free agency is happening amongst us. The bills are looking to make themselves better by just a little bit because they are ever so close every single year. How did they do that the last couple of days?

The bill is late last night added a big time edge former pro bowler Joey Bosa, formerly of the Los Angeles Chargers. Obviously was released a couple of days ago, had several options, several strong options.

The Miami Dolphins were considered to be one of those options.

I know a lot of people thought the 49ers didn't seem like they were in the mix, not nearly

as much as many people thought.

Instead, in stealth fashion, it was the Buffalo Bill.

They agreed to terms with Joey Bose on a a one year $12.6 million deal.

$12.6 million. Really nice money for Bosa. $12 million guaranteed. The deal can get up to $15.6

million in upside. So the bills say goodbye to Von Miller and add a veteran pass rusher in Joey

Bosa. We are also still waiting on news on a couple of key quarterbacks.
