The job that he has done, not only with his roster, but hiring coach Mike

McDonald, and then bringing guys in that have the same identity and same mission and the same

mentality that is needed to win the Super Bowl, the change that he has had on that roster, the

impact, drafting JSN, drafting Zabel, drafting

Imonwari, but then acquiring guys like Sam, Donald, Cooper Cup, trading for Rashid Shaheed

in the season, but then letting some guys go.

Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf, just he's been a maestro when it comes to building this

roster, when it comes to hiring the coach, and when it comes to building this roster, when it comes to hiring the coach,
