It's awesome that you're back because you know who else is back?

A lot of players reporting to their buildings, including the Ravens, who got their offseason training underway earlier this week.

But for the first time in 18 years, John Harbaugh was not the one there to greet them upon their arrivals.

Mark Andrews, Kyle Hamilton, Zay Flowers talked about their former head coach while looking forward to what's ahead. Take a listen.

I was blessed to be able to be drafted in 2018 and have Coach Harbaugh and be with him for these last eight years.

And I take incredible pride and, you know, the product that we put out and pride and just the man that he is. And I will forever have love and respect for him and see someone I can call at any time and just talk to you because that's the type of person that he is and got a lot of love for him. I'm excited for him, excited for us. I think he's got a great opportunity up there in New York and stole a lot of our players. But, you know, those guys do great up there as well. But, you know, everything's got an expiration date.

And, you know, he did great stuff while he was here.

Every year, a lot of questions about Lamar's mentality.

How would you describe his approach with all the changes and going into a critical year for him?

He ready, man. I feel like we answer that every year and he always ready. So he even more

ready this year. He excited about the coaching staff. He excited about getting to work with Coach Declan.

So yeah, he he ready to go.
