We are live here in Los Angeles and parts that Jason Cabinda live in. I'm Jamie Yardall, Manteo here, as always, Cynthia Freeland. And, of course, as I mentioned, Jasa Cabinda. We got to talk pretty much every division. All the news, the trades that went down when we were taking a beat from the NFL. Football never sleeps. It's GMFB. It starts right now.

That's right. It's GMFB. We love you. We love that you're watching. Thank you for being here. As I mentioned, it's Cabinda, Cynthia Freeland, Manthe-Tayo. Cabinda, all I'm concerned about is whatever tiny room you're in, wherever you are. Is it able to contain your normal energy that you bring to the show when you visit? Man, you guys know I'm going to bring it a juice every single time, man. I'm in my mom's office right now. The desk is a little shaky. I'll try not to shake you guys and screams this morning, but my voice might do it alone. What does your mom do that she has an office in the house like that? What's mom working on? My mom's a teacher, but she's also an author. So this is kind of her thinking room or brainstorming room. So love it. I'm in here. We love teachers. We love teachers. We love teachers on GMFB. Jason come in to everybody. Cynthia, I know specifically you are very thrilled to see a fullback and a former Detroit Lions player. I know Cynthia's like beside herself. I mean, I love you and I love your Vikings love and stuff, but like, you know,

that's a lion right there.

It's a lion right there.

He's there for some lean years, some lean years there.

And so that means there's a real lion, you know, not just a winning lion, a normal line. The one you celebrated first down.

I'm doing great, guys.

I moved like literally half a mile from my sister, Jamie.

So they get to come over whenever he actually came over like around 6 p.m. yesterday.

The whole family just knocked.

It's a whole family ordeal down there. We need everybody down there. Come in be Kyle Brandt's least favorite friend is the type that just shows up and knocks on his door. But that's why you live near me and not Kyle Brands, right? He'll be back here soon enough to GMFB. We hope everyone's having an awesome summer. And with that, we have some, of course, unfortunate news that we have to address in the NFL, in our country. It's truly heartbreaking.

We're going to begin by sending our love and support to those affected by the absolutely devastating floods that have hit Central Texas.

This is heartbreaking in the most simplest of terms. The two teams in Texas, the Cowboys and the Texans, are uniting with the NFL Foundation.
