We are going to begin with Sean Diddy Combs back in court for his first appearance since being convicted on prostitution charges.

His attorneys are now trying to get that conviction overturned.

And Chief Investigative correspondent, Aaron Kuturski is at the courthouse who's been following this, Aaron, what's the latest?

Rian, and this is the first time we've seen Sean Combs back in this courthouse since he was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges,

and he's trying to convince the judge that his conviction on lesser charges should be thrown out.
