We're going to start, though, with the close encounter with a great white shark in the northeast. Two paddle borders surprised off the coast of Cape Cod. And now there's a new push to alert beachgoers to danger in the water.

Hey, good morning, guys. You know, it's that time of year again, obviously, where more and more people are going in the water.

There are more better reporting methods than ever. And so, of course, the number of shark attacks,

the number of close calls, it's all going to seemingly go up in the summer months.

Just consider what we've seen over the past week or so, this new video showing, we showed it off the top of fins slicing through the waters off Cape Cod.

These paddle borders obviously stunned, rightly so, by what they were seeing there.

And then there is this one down in Florida the other day.

This person less aware of what's going on on top of a paddleboard heading right toward two sharks.

You can see it there. You're like, look down. Look down. The sharks scattering though, thankfully as that paddleboard gets closer.
