Our chief investigative correspondent, Aaron Kuturski, is at the courthouse with more on this story. Aaron, good afternoon to you. And to you, DeMarco, we don't know what the issue is,

but the judge said there was some kind of an issue with juror number six, a 41-year-old man

from the Bronx. Prosecutors described this as a lack of candor with the court. We're not sure

what that means. Could be he didn't disclose something properly or wasn't

fully forthcoming. The defense is accusing prosecutors of making a thinly veiled attempt to try and

get a black juror removed from the panel. The judge said he's going to resolve whatever this

issue is by the end of the day tomorrow,

if not sooner. And Jane, Sean Combs's ex-girlfriend, has returned to the witness stand to finish her cross-examination. The defense confronting her with text message after text

message showing how loving she was towards Sean Combs after nights with male prostitutes

that she previously testified she did not want to have.

And the defense kept asking, do you regret those nights?

And Jane answered, I resent Sean Combs.

And the defense, I think, is trying to imply that she did not regret

being with Combs at the time
