trouble on the trip home. Morgan Norwood is here with the latest fresh in. Just joining us.

And most people have already made it to their Thanksgiving destinations, but now is the time to start thinking about that trip on the way back because

airlines are keeping an eye on that forecast. In fact, United is already offering waivers for flights

in and out of Chicago and several other cities on Saturday, as the storm could disrupt travel

over in the Midwest. Sunday, though, is shaping up to be the busiest air travel day of the year.

preparing for one of the biggest days ever. So let's talk travel tips to make this pretty smooth

for you. Download your airline's app for alerts. If your flights canceled, call and get in line.

Phone support could be a little bit quicker. And if you can, book that early morning flight

out to avoid those snowball delays that we often see. Then on the road today, it's looking pretty good, smooth sailing at least for now, but we do expect that traffic to ramp up tomorrow with experts recommending hitting the road before 11 a.m. We always say get up early or leave late. You gotta pick one. Choose. I'm always that person in line with my phone in my hands.
