We do begin with the government shutdown ending after a record

setting 43 days. Our senior political correspondent, Rachel Scott, is on Capitol Hill with the latest.

Rachel. Hey, well, so many Americans across the country really breathing a sigh of relief

because after 43 days, the longest government shut down

and American history has officially ended.

The president signing this bill into law after six Democrats joined pretty much all Republicans

in the House to pass this legislation.
