Hello and welcome to the recapables, a podcast on the Ringer Podcast Network about the gorgeous ladies of wrestling.

We are going to be talking about season three of Glow today, which just went up on Netflix, and we're trying a little bit of a different approach.

So instead of talking about the entire season in one episode or breaking up the season into a couple episodes,

we're just going to be focusing on one standout installment, which is episode six of season three,

Outward Bound, co-written by Liz Fleihive and Carly Munch, the creators of the show.

For those who are spoiler conscious, we are going to be spoiling and breaking down the events of the previous five episodes as well as outward bound, and we will not be going into the details of anything

that happens later in the season. So you have been forewarned, and that means that I can now

introduce my co-host. So I'm your host, Alison Herman, and joining me on the other line is

capacity as a TV critic, but maybe we can just start by, do you

want to talk about why you love Glow, why we're talking about it today? I think, so,

Glow is one of those TV shows where it's just a fun group of people to hang out with, and I think

that's really important for this kind of, when you're going to spend hours and hours and

hours like it's so important that you really enjoy and get to get to know the characters
