It all comes down to just four simple habits.

Today I want to talk about that last one giving joyfully. This is a bit of a life

hack and maybe this episode won't be very long but as we approach the holiday

season what better time to think about maybe a little bit of generosity?

Are we just wired for it? Are we wired to want to be generous? Why does it feel so good?

I'm not here to answer that, but I am here to say

that it is the ultimate,

I don't mean to be crass,

but it is the ultimate middle finger to money

if you can just give it away.

It's you saying, I don't need you, I don't care about you.

You're no good to me.

No, I'm just kidding.

As I've been talking about money being an extension of you, one can't take what I'm saying too literally because then you'd be giving the middle finger to yourself and that doesn't seem very good.

But it is a way if you don't have the mindset yet totally locked in that money is just you and how you deploy you matters. If you aren't there yet,

then you may be stuck in that old mindset of money is chore at best a burden, an annoyance, a stressor, and in that case, given the old

bird to money might feel pretty good.

And you do that simply by giving some away.

Not a tiny bit, but enough where you just say,

you see money, you see how much I gave away, you see how much I gave away you see how much
