The safety debate is back, featuring a couple of our favourite characters in the world of cycling.

We've got another small update on carbon monoxide and that's story developing.

We go to Track Corner quickly with Kit Nicholson, which I'm very excited about.

And then for the second part of the show, we have a mailbag, which we actually recorded

last week when Kaylee was still around, which makes it a bit more easy for us to deal with

today.

And that will take us through this Thanksgiving week.
