Summary

We will learn: The two basic purposes humans are called to fulfill. How the chi relates to the physical body. Why we should do the opposite of what most people are doing. Did you know that most people think 80%-90% of the same thoughts today as they thought yesterday? And most of those thoughts are the same as a year ago and even five and ten years before that? That means that a huge portion of our thoughts aren’t even evolving. Most people don’t know how to let their thoughts pass. They dwell on them and ruminate and they give more power to problems that don’t even exist. So today we’re talking about giving power to peace. Our guest is Master Lama Rasaji, who is one of the 12 Master Lamas in the world. He has been training in Lao Tzu’s regenerative health system for more than 50 years and has been teaching for over 40 years.
