This is the movement of the Holy Family.

So welcome to our Rosary Meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

And let's call to mind all those that we've promised to pray for.

We've been meditating on the Our Father.

And there are seven petitions, seven things that we ask for in the Our Father. And there are seven petitions, seven things that we ask for in the Our Father.

One of them is that we ask our Father for our daily bread.

Now, our daily bread refers primarily to the Eucharist, the bread of life, that God does provide daily in daily mass.

In the original Greek, the word daily means super essential.

It refers directly to the Eucharist, which is the medicine of immortality.
