When everything else is gone, when you have zero energy, when your legs are cramping up, it's the desire just to get through it that makes it all.

It makes the difference. It's the same for them.

Even I haven't done the altitude camps, and I didn't have the pressure of every team like Jambovisma behind me for the GC.

It wasn't at all difficult to watch, it was really beautiful and it's just a really overwhelming moment actually.

I think whoever won, I would have been emotional and happy, but this is just such a beautiful sport, isn't it?

This morning, my TT was about four hours before these guys, but they have more than that.

Obviously, the climb was super hard, but the experience of riding through the crowds like that was unforgettable.

After I came to the hotel and in a very classic cycling way, after eating a pizza with my teammates, we came back and I've been doing a bit of economic erosion for my exams next week.

Yeah, that's true. It's been quite an afternoon. Tomorrow morning, we fly to Rome, and I'll see my girlfriend Louise again.
