30k is flat basically including neutral and then the longest climb of the day 35 minutes at

7% with some steeper sections and a plateau and basically

Three hours two and a half hours at least until we hit the next serious climb

Which is the four cellar Chabata 10k seven and a half percent but both these climbs are fake news climbs now that

Chibiana, I should say it's correct name at least once before I I find it really hard to say Chibiana

Such a batter is comes off rolls off the tongue easier, but this is very much like a

murder pig or a

Murray Blanc it is 5% for a four case at the start apart from the first case steep and then a wall of

10 to half percent for three case descent
