to be hitting some good topics and for looking stuff. Obviously, do the fast recap of the stages,

memorable moments, how we'd rate the race, what could be improved and some GC conclusions,

but also talking about like what any else could have, if anything, done differently in the race,

would you rather have UAE results or any else results? Where does this put Premil's

in the GC hierarchy now between him and Pog and Vingigard, and what should Renco do?

Two of the friends, Walter, same with Thomas, same with Tau Gagan Hart. Should he stay at any

else? Should they extend him all those question marks? We'll be discussing in the GRE cap,

but how you feeling, Benji, two days off or one and a half days? What'd you do? What'd you do yesterday?

Well, basically, you're traveling. I'm in Belgium at the moment and well, it kind of feels weird

because you stand up, you're prepping everything, making some content, and then you realize,

I'm going to start watching a Giro, not. We can't. There's no Giro anymore. You're so used to

being in a ground tour that after a ground tour, I've got this moment of like, oh, I can't actually

watch the Giro. I need to start thinking about other races already, which are coming up like

the Dove in a, and the two other friends, next month and, oh, well, next month, technically,

in like a month and a bit, I would say, but so many things upcoming looking forward to it,

and well, we've got to talk about the Giro first. Ben Tullet won Tour of Norway GC yesterday,

you know, it had one less stage this year based on his prologue resultants and bonus seconds,

good result for the young Brit and Ron Levin Limberg, Herbert Tason, Pete Caleb, you and again,

yesterday, but Giro to tell you, this is my rapid fire of what happened because I've forgotten

everything that happened in the first week. Remco won the opening TT huge gap, Jonathan Milan,

dominant sprint, second stage, Michael Matthews on the lapill drag wins the third stage for Jacob,
