Our guest for today's episode is my friend Nicole Zazowski. Nicole is a licensed marriage and family therapist and also the author of a new book called From Lost to Found,

giving up what you think you want for what was that you free. I cannot wait for you to hear from her.

Today we're going to be talking about how to trust God in the midst of big life transitions.

Nicole tells us about a time in her life when everything she knew and counted on was flipped upside down.

It was a huge season of transition that was then quickly followed by a series of major losses.

In this episode she's going to share with us the things that helped her get through that time,

that helped her trust God in the midst of it all, and she's going to show us how we can navigate seasons of transition with faith too.
