Summary

In this episode of Serial Streamers Jami recaps the Peacock docuseries: “Girls Gone Wild: The Untold Story.” This 3-part documentary takes viewers behind the scenes of the wildly popular, and controversial, TV show “Girls Gone Wild” which first aired in the 1990s. Although the show was sexually explicit, many people had no idea what was really going on behind the scenes. According to some of the girls filmed, many of them were heavily intoxicated, underage and allegedly given illicit substances. Some of the women also claim they were coerced into doing porn on film. Company founder, Joe Frances, has been accused numerous times by different women of physical and sexual assault. Frances has been living in Mexico, in exile, for years following his conviction on assault charges.
