Hong Kong listed shares of Neo fell more than 8% after Singapore's sovereign wealth fund,

GIC, filed a lawsuit against the Chinese CV maker, accusing it of

inflating revenues and violating securities laws. The complaint alleged that Neo improperly

recognized over $600 million in leased battery revenue through Wei Nong, a superficially

independent battery asset firm that was actually controlled by NEO.

The lawsuit stated that NEO issued materially false and misleading statements and omissions

that misrepresented Nio's relationship to Weyong and the company's true revenue and earnings

figures, which artificially inflated the value of Neo securities.

GIC, which bought Neo shares between August 11th of 2022 and July 11th of 2023,

said it suffered significant losses as a result. Following the news, Neo shares on the Singapore

Exchange also fell 7.9%.

Neo is down 6.6% in pre-market action on the NYSE.

Nvidia is teaming up with Firmus technologies to build a massive fleet of renewable energy-powered AI data centers across Australia.

Firmus said in a statement that construction is already underway on two data centers in Melbourne

and Tasmania for Project Southgate, a $2.9 billion undertaking that will utilize 150 megawatts of power.

Facilities will use Nvidia's GB300 chips and are expected to come online by April.
