And what just went down

on Sunday night football between the Washington football team and the Philadelphia Eagles.

I am at a loss for words for what I just experienced on my television screen.

People like to throw around the word tanking a lot in the NFL.

They said the dolphins were tanking two years ago. That wasn't the case. They said the jets were tanking this year. That wasn't actually the case. It was just, quite frankly, a really bad call by a defensive coordinator, Greg Williams, who was fired the next week just to prove that there was no tanking there. But what we just saw, I said on Twitter it was the closest thing to tanking, and somebody replied,

I wish Twitter had an edit button so you could edit that and take the word closest out.

I think that was tanking.

Gun to my head right now, I believe that Howie Roseman and Jeff Lorry said that if this

game is close, get Nate Sudfeld, told Doug Peterson, who they are planning

to bring back for next season, he's going to have a quote-unquote meeting this week,

it's going to lead to nothing.

Maybe they'll change some coordinators and change some dumb position coaches.

But I believe that Lori and Roseman told Peterson this week, if this game is close, get

Nate Sudfeld some reps.

Give him some reps.

Put him in the game.

And ultimately, if you look at how this game played out in the second half,

Washington football team didn't score a single point in the second half.

And before the Eagles turned to Sudfeld, Nate Sudfeld, a guy who is a borderline NFL talent at best.
