Hey Giants fans, welcome to another episode of Giants talk.

I'm Cole Kuyper here with Giants Insider, Alex Pavlovich.

Alex got to have a word with Farhan to wrap the season up and hear a little bit of a retrospective about this year

in which we should expect from the off season. Plus, the playoffs are happening.

And we're going to talk about it. Before we go any further, though, Wendy's pretzel, bacon pub

cheeseburger is back, dive into a bite packed with warm, savory beer cheese, applewood smoked

bacon, crispy fried onions, and hot and juicy beef, all perfectly paired with a Dr. Pepper available at

participating U.S. Wendy's for a limited time. Alex, how's your offseason so far? Does it feel

like the off season yet? No, I think people will assume we like go to the beach and it's, you know,

far on talked on Friday. So you get back from San Diego and you unpack and you're, you're into offseason coverage a little bit.

But I think this is more of a recap of what's, you know, what's ahead, what just happened.

And obviously he's not going to say, like, yes, we have 350 million to give somebody or these are the guys we want or whatever.

But I think there was some stuff that came out of this.

So we'll play some of Farhan's end of season Zoom call and just go through some of it.

Right.

The first thing we talked to him about, obviously, was the defense, which Giants officially ended up 30th in defensive runs saved. So there's that. They weren't, they were 29th most of the year.

Could have been worse, Alex. It could have been worse. It could not have been worse. They somehow finished behind the nationals whoals who ranked last the entire season.

But here is what he had to say about how they get more athletic.
