And I am here and I'm Dan Schneier, your co-host, joined by my co-host as always, Nick Kirchen. And today, we're here to break down the first round of the 2019 NFL draft and everything that came with at the New York

Giants entered this draft with two draft picks in the first round. But by the end of it,

as many of us have predicted over the last few weeks, they traded up, not back, but up,

to get one more draft pick. So we're going to jump right into this thing with our reaction to the first pick

and obviously the most controversial pick.

And that's Daniel Jones at number six overall.

with your initial reaction on the pick.

Yeah, initial reaction was shocked

to see the developments as they were after the Raiders did what they did at the fourth pick

taking a guy that I liked in Farrell but I thought that made that open up the options for the Giants at six and just I mean there's no other way to say it was shocked it was. I had to put out my Jones thread early.

And just in general, I don't see how you can get into even a second round grade for

Dan Jones at this point in his career. But it just, you know, they think that and they,
