Hello and welcome back to Talking Giants.

It is February 3rd, 2006, and get your report cards out doing something new because we are going to be grading the top 15 players on the Giants defense today.

The next time Sean and I are together on an episode where at least the Giants won't be hiring an offensive coordinator.

Then we'll be going over to the offensive side of the ball. Sean,

how are you doing? How was your weekend? Weekend was good. Had a good time. I went to a New York

Islanders game. Had a good weekend. It was nice to. Yeah, Disney on ice and seeing people

in public talking positively about the New York Giants was kind of crazy. Yeah, horrible, that kind of feel. So that's good. I do want to wish everybody out there celebrating a happy birthday, Justin. Happy 18th birthday specifically to people out there who are eligible to vote today who were born on the day David Tyree caught a football and the Giants won a Super Bowl.

How?

I believe I have the years, 18 years, 18 years since that day is today.

February 3rd, 2008.

So there are now adults, adults walking this earth that were born the day of Super Bowl 42

today.

That's messed up.

And I just found out, I don't know what this has to do.

I mean, just the passage of time.

I just found out at the right page of 27 that I have my first cavity.

No, they said it was not, it's not that bad. So I'm going in President's Day when I have off. I'm going to go in President's Day, get that done. But still, just like the passage, like it's my first one, the passage of time, everything like that. Happy, happy anniversary, happy birthday, David Tyree. There you go. Wouldn't be talking Giants,

I'm remembering February 3rd, 2008. So I want to rip this Band-Aid off really quick right before. I'm excited about this episode. What this episode, I think, is going to allow us to do is just talk about players. This is really the last time that we're going to talk about, like, players, pseudo in-depth that are kind of like on the team right now, probably until training camp, the summer when we do some of these more theme type of episodes, because obviously as February goes on, it's going to be free agency based.

We'll talk about the free agents that are coming up for the Giants, too.
