Oh my goodness me. Well, the good news is the mayor has finally seen sense. It's taken a bit of a while.

And cancelled New Year's Eve in Trafalgar Square. Do you know how many people they were going to let in to Trafalgar Square?

Six and a half thousand people. I mean, sheer bloody madness. You know, surely better have people spread out on the embankment. But of course, the mayor knows everything. And what was the highlight? A bloody choir. I don't want to be rude about it, but to be honestly, if that's the best you can manage, I'm surprised they didn't bring Cirque D'Ucellay back in, get them to do something interesting. But London, I think, is going to be empty on New Year's Eve. It should be, you'd be very silly to come in to town. There'll be nothing open. Whether or not the bars are going to be opened, I've got no idea. but the whole idea is if they're cancelling Trafalgar Square don't bother... What's the point of coming in?
