these have been discussed for thousands of years.

Science is now trying to tackle this question

of what is happiness, positive psychology,

looking really specifically at it.

And I like looking at all of them.

I think it can be a bit hubris to claim to have the single definition for happiness.

And there's one that I really appreciate by Mahat and my Gandhi.

And he says, happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony.

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

So notice how that one lands for you.

And notice if your mind is sort of filtering that through your own experience.

I know for me, anytime I read a happiness quote, you know, something like this, I go,

huh, is my thoughts and is what I say and what I do

aligned is it in harmony almost like a making sure I'm doing it right sort of thing

and so it doesn't have to be ground for judgment or guilt or shame.
