Getting goals from your boss, part two. Here we go.

Last week Mark, you kind of walked us through all the data we can collect around getting

goals from your boss.

And there's a lot.

But of course, then you just don't dump it on your boss.

There's some preparation that you need to do.

Yeah, in fact, I felt like we went into a lot of detail last week and there's yet even more preparation because as we mentioned there's risk.

You want to be aware of the potential risk.

And basically what we're going to do now in preparing is to see what all the data you've gathered tells you about your role and how you can use it.

And this is the hardest stop because your goals and your metrics aren't what you do, but they're measures of how well you're supposed to do them.
