Yeah, thank you. I'm so excited. This is a topic that obviously affects everyone. Everyone has to sleep. So can you tell us maybe what are some of the common reasons that I might not be getting my best sleep?

Right now there's just so many different reasons, right?

The world falling apart maybe.

I think generally speaking, though, as a mom, I can say that that's probably the main reason I don't sleep is just thinking about motherly things, how maybe I forgot to do something

or worrying about my kids. And really just that element of just your brain kind of not being

able to shut off is generally for people. I think especially these days, what keeps them from

really having the best sleep. Absolutely. So with all the craziness in our lives, what are some lifestyle changes that we can make

to make sure we're helping to promote a more restful sleep for ourselves?

So for me, a couple of the things that matter most.

First of all, food, you know, what I eat makes a big difference in how I sleep, especially at the hours before

I'm going to sleep. So I try to be careful about what I'm eating. I have to, you know, cut out

caffeine and sometimes alcohol can interfere with how I sleep. So I just have to be aware of those things.

But also what I'm doing before I go to bed is really a key component for me.

I try to cut off screen time at about 9 p.m.

So that by the time I'm ready for sleep, I'm actually mentally prepared for sleep as well.
