I wonder how many unresolved conflict in people's lives could be made better by just owning your role

and accepting your part in the story. Yeah. So if someone's listening right now, even as I'm doing

my mental inventory, look at all the conflicts in your life. Have you accepted and own your role in the

story? If that answer is a no, then there's more peace for you.

Right.

And if you're at first reaction to say, yeah, but you're definitely in the market for a

brand new chapter of extraordinary ownership and acceptance.

I accept my role.

I accept the part that I played in this and that's what I'm going to work on.

And to me, that's where so much power is.

My submission to people is if you really grab ownership and acceptance of your own actions and your role,

the mythical closure that you thought you needed doesn't even exist anymore.

Resolution doesn't even exist.

Like there are some people hanging out for an apology.

I was one of those people.

There was a part of our journeys so far where there's a season where I was like, somebody needs come, someone needs to make this right. And until that happens, I don't know if I can ever get through

this. And then you start worrying about your role. Yeah. And accepting your part in the story,

this amazing self-work part where you're like, I don't even need closure from that person.

They didn't have that much power in the first place.

I don't need resolution.

It's great if you get it.

But if you are listening to this and you're hanging out for someone to apologize or someone to make it right, they don't have the power to give you the peace that you're after.
