0:14.0	Yeah, this is awesome. Thanks for having me. What an incredible setting.
0:17.0	Well, I want to start blendification such a great name.
0:21.0	But, you know, there's a lot of great names out there.
0:23.0	Just like there's a lot of great ideas.
0:25.0	But there's a lot of substance to blendification.
0:28.0	And a whole series of different things.
0:30.0	So I'm going to start out just so we get a little bit of background.
0:33.0	What is Blendification?
0:35.0	Well, Blendification at its core.
0:37.0	We're basically a software company.
0:40.0	And our goal is to connect company focus with employee focus.
0:45.0	So that's kind of the core of what we do.
0:48.0	But underneath that, it's all around technology.
0:51.0	But then what are we really trying to do?
0:53.0	And if you look at what's going on in business today,
0:56.0	people have fallen for this work life balance myth.
1:00.0	And it's created this adversarial relationship between work and life.
1:04.0	And you see people talk about work as if it's this place they hate to go to.
