Hey guys, welcome to Heal Survive and Thrive. I'm excited for today. We are March 3rd. Today, is today the third? Yeah. So, I mean, spring's almost here, but when I tell you, I woke up this morning and it was like 10 degrees outside, it's been fairly nice. And by nice, I mean, like, in the 40s here. But I'm just over it. You know, we went to Florida a couple weeks ago, and I'm just done now.

The minute I got back, I was like, I'm ready for spring.

I'm over this.

So we have another truck planned next month, and I'm just excited to get in the warm weather.

I remember the years where I literally would iron out all my clothes for the week because I worked a corporate job, like the suits and the

shirts and the heels. I mean, I can't. I don't even know what I would do if I had to wear heels all day

long. But that was just like another time in my life. But anyways, today we have a lot to go over.

I'm not going to lie. This is going to be a big one. So get a cup of tea,

get your coffee, start your walk, whatever you want to do. I want to talk about getting a different guy

the next time around. So I want you to really, because look, we've all been through crappy

relationships. And one of the things that I did in the very

beginning when I got separated was, as I reach over to get my little tea right here, one thing that

I did was I looked at all of the people that I was in relationships with and I started to list

out the things that I genuinely did enjoy about them and then the things
