Hey guys, welcome to Heal Survive and Thrive. I'm excited for today. We are March 3rd. Today, is today the third? Yeah. So, I mean, spring's almost here, but when I tell you, I woke up this morning and it was like 10 degrees outside, it's been fairly nice. And by nice, I mean, like, in the 40s here. But I'm just over it. You know, we went to Florida a couple weeks ago, and I'm just done now.
