And it's something that I'm really excited to dive into, not only from a

happiness standpoint, but even just kind of like the whole lifestyle and everything that I embody

Yeah, for starters, last weekend, I had my second jiu jitzu tournament down in Houston.

And I officially had my first gold medal.

I took home first in Nogi.

So I'm a super pumped about that.
