Hello. Hello and welcome back to another episode of Real Talk with Rachel Autry.

My name is Rachel, and I am so excited you're here today.

I love sharing my life online. I really do. I say this all the time to my team, but I think I would do this even if no one ever watched. It's therapeutic for me. It's cathartic for me. I feel like I'm an external

processor, so the more I talk, the more I learn and get insight into myself. And one of those

really special places for me is specifically online, like on Instagram, but even more

intimately is here with you guys. I feel like you've carried a lot of seasons with me really well.

You have championed me and loved me through hard stuff, like grief, postpartum anxiety, military

training, deployments, like things like like that you've just been here for me

and i appreciate it more than you know and sharing my life with you looks like sharing the really fun

exciting adventurous but i feel like it also looks like being honest with where i'm at and like

what's happening in life and whether it's a great day or a hard day, I'm happy to share it with you. Not just for me because yeah, like it is, like I said, therapeutic to talk about it, but more so just for you. Before we were real talk with Rachel Autry, this podcast was called Behind the Bliss. And we used to always say, hey, you're met in your

mess. Like, you're not the only one that's where you are. We can guarantee it. In fact, here are some

in whatever you're walking through. And with that in mind and with that same approach, this episode is for you because hi, I'm in a funk.

I am in a really weird space, a really great space.

Like there's a lot to celebrate, but there's a lot of really hard things that are going on to,
