You guys, who knew?

Getting older doesn't suck?

What?

It really doesn't.

Tell that to my body when I get out of bed.

My chiropractor would like a word.

There are definitely some eggs and pains and the glasses that I'm wearing because, you know, my eyesight got shot after I, you know, entered my 40s.

But, so this past Monday I turned 45 and so now I am

thank you I made it and so now that I am like firmly in my 40s like after just kind of taken

inventory of life and how I'm feeling about myself and I can say with certainty that I feel like I'm in a place now where I have never been more unapologetically me. There is I think a level of confidence that comes

with age for some and that's just like with you know life experiences unique perspectives especially if you

have like gone through traumatic experiences of losing somebody etc you just kind of you

you look at things a little a little differently things things

whole different weight and I think I'm finally starting to understand to care

about the things that matter and to let the things go that don't matter.

And yeah I was just kind of like letting this this particular birthday wash over me

and I've been always been very hesitant about you know sharing my age especially in this medium

and entertainment like you know you you could you probably would never guess my age

by how I act on the air and the my fart jokes and you know my my immaturity level and I've

certainly have done enough treatments at Atlanta Face and Body that I hope you know
