0:05.6	newsletter is going to be getting my confidence back after breaking up with my girlfriend.
0:11.8	Well, this particular email is from a guy who just broke up with his girlfriend recently
0:17.3	of about five years. He's been following my work for about six years. And he
0:24.5	originally came to my work like probably most of the guys that started following me because he
0:30.6	had a breakup of a relationship that happened about six years ago. So he followed my work, started
0:36.3	applying what I teach in 3% man, got himself
0:40.1	a bunch of dates, then eventually he met his now ex-girlfriend. And so what he noticed, so,
0:47.1	I mean, if you take into account the fact that he's had two relationships, the first one was like,
0:51.6	I think five years, I think it was with the first girlfriend for six years. And then one he just broke up with he was with for five years. So you're talking
0:59.5	about 10, 11 years with the same two women plus however many women he dated in between
1:05.6	breaking up with the first one and before he got into a relationship with the second one.
1:11.9	And so he noted, like most of us guys, when we're in relationships,
1:16.3	it seems like there's all kinds of women that are interested in us.
1:19.3	And then as soon as we become single, it's like they're gone.
1:23.8	And it's just because the vibe that he's given off.
1:26.0	And now he's kind of in a scarcity mindset.
1:28.4	He's been out of the game.
1:29.5	I mean, it's basically been five, six years since he was approaching and meeting and dating
1:35.0	women that he didn't know.
1:36.3	So obviously he's going to be out of practice.
1:40.9	Whereas women are never out of the game because they're typically, especially if they're beautiful, they're always getting hit on, they're always getting approached, they're getting guys that are expressing interest in them.
