When you become a widow, you’re a widow forever. You will never not have a dead spouse. You will never stop wishing you could talk to them again. You will never replace that love. 1:19.5	Crying is cool too, which was a memoir about meeting, falling in love with, and ultimately
1:25.5	losing my husband Aaron to brain cancer. No Happy Endings picked up
1:30.7	where that book left off and I was now remarried to a divorcee with two kids. I had a baby with
1:39.0	that guy. His name is Matthew, my current husband, and we were blending a family where three out of four
1:47.4	of our kids knew what it was like to have a family that they loved fall apart.
1:52.9	And we were all learning together how to build a new family, build a new version of life.
1:59.8	We did a podcast live show that was based on some of the content from the book,
2:04.9	and we sold out shows all across the country, Brooklyn, Minneapolis, Seattle, Austin,
2:10.8	some others that I'm forgetting about, and Portland. Portland was one of them.
2:15.3	And Portland was where a very fresh widow, who had lost her husband just a few weeks before that show stood in line to have her book signed.
