After months of chaos, with hospital stays, a move, and postpartum recovery, meal planning completely fell off my radar. But now, I’m picking it back up with fresh eyes and a much simpler, grace-filled approach. In this episode, I’m sharing how I’m easing back into meal planning after survival mode, the strategies that are working right now (including planning just 3–4 dinners a week), and why I’m prioritizing flexibility over perfection.
I also talk about how I’m using my own meal planning app to stay on track, how to meal plan even when your life is unpredictable, and the mindset shift that’s making cooking joyful again instead of stressful. If you’re in a messy season or just want a fresh start in the kitchen, this one’s for you.
