Hey friend. Today's episode is titled Getting Back to It, because we're going to be chatting all

0:23.3

about how to get out of a rut, getting back to habits you want to have, and how to generally

0:28.3

1:41.8

notified that one of the boys was exposed to a classmate who tested

1:45.1

positive for COVID last week. So just feeling a lot of feelings. And I think so many of you

1:54.4

around the country are in this boat as well. Yes. Yep. And so here we are. Everyone is healthy and well at my house. And I'm honestly not feeling
