I'm your host Josie Van Dyke and I've missed you. I've missed

you. I have felt too overwhelmed to podcast so I definitely wasn't ready until right now but I miss having someone to talk

trash with and take it out with and we got a lot to catch up on. I think it's only been like two and a half

weeks since the Banks birth story episode but I, lots has happened.

So let's just get right into it,

but I just wanted you guys to know that I missed talking

to, I guess myself, because I'm the only one in here, but I know eventually other people will be listening to this. So I miss talking to you and I'm ready to slowly get back into it.

Again, I have felt overwhelmed,

but I feel better now.

I feel better and I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that Banks is off oxygen

Praise the Lord

That is that has lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders and I feel I feel though I can go back into my schedule and I have a life and I can leave the house and just leave the

couch honestly that's the big one is just leaving that fucking couch corner.

If you follow me on Tik-Tok, which if you don't, what the hell.

But I, all my Tik-Tos are me sitting on that couch doing filters because there's nothing else for me to do.

But he's off of it and I'll talk about how we got there.

But let's go back to when I last recorded and I was dealing with mastitis

Bue the worst thing in the world if you've had it you know it is it is like let me try to explain it to anybody out there who

possibly would like to know what it feels like and has never experienced it.
