-December 1989 Transferred across the floor to Ladder 126
-Feb 1993 went to Chauffeur school
-Promoted to Fire Marshal July 1993 and worked on the Lieutenant John Clancy fire in 1995
-July 1997 Returned to Ladder 126
-June 1999 Responded to the Captain Vincent G. Fowler fire
-Retired Sept 6, 2001
-Responded to September 11, 2001 and the WTC.

He has been a long standing member of The New York City Fire Riders Motorcycle Club which helps raise money and support organizations within the FDNY, U.S. MILITARY, and many other charities. Since retiring he is now doing Stand Up Comedy full time. Billy became hooked on performing whether it was cracking jokes at the kitchen table at his firehouse or on stage at the world famous Caroline’s on Broadway.
