GETTIN' SALTY EXPERIENCE PODCAST Ep.135 - LIVE Our special guest is 28 year FDNY veteran Captain John Crescio. He went to proby school in 1962 and was assigned to Squad 9. In 1963 he transferred to Ladder 35 and then again to Ladder 22 in 1965. In 1967. He transferred to Ladder 55 in 1968 and was promoted to Lt. in 1970 and assigned to Ladder 17-2. He was there until 1973 when they were disbanded. He then transferred to Ladder 138 in Queens. Was promoted to Capt in 1977 and was assigned to Engine 284. He transferred to Ladder 107 in 1979. He “HAD” to transfer to Ladder 116 in 1986. He retired in 1989. He has some incredible stories and he may have been lifted a few times 😉😎. Our kind of guy.
