Upon FDNY's arrival, about a min after the run was dispatched, they had heavy fire blowing out of every window on the 2nd floor. The front of the building had 16 windows across and no windows in the back. This is going to be another great episode with the legendary, FDNY Deputy Chief Jay Jonas as he covers the job with all the details. The chief has done extensive research on this particular fire and even wrote a training and safety newsletter about it.
